What to expect

Your first treatment will include; a consultation, your sports massage and recommendation for further course of action. 

A variety of techniques may be used including; deep tissue massage, soft tissue release, trigger pointing  and post-isometric relaxation stretches.  You may

have some exercises/stretches recommended to you to improve your condition further.
